  • What quality can I expect?

We know how important high quality clothing is, certainly in the workplace; this is why we only sell products of high quality. Our T-shirts are made of 100% heavy cotton. The Hoodies contain 80% cotton and 20% polyester. The print design is durable and safe to put in the washer and dryer. However, we do recommend for the longevity of your prouct to turn it inside out before washing.

  • Can I return my order?

Unfortunatly, we do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong product, size, or have a change of mind. Our products are made to order. Therefore, we do not have an inventory. We do offer a size chart for our products, here.

  • My order is damaged or faulty?

Product quality and your satisfaction are very important to us. If you should find a problem with your product: faulty stitching, ink spots, misprint, fraying, etc. make sure to contact us as soon as possible. More than likely we will send you a replacement if appicable. You can do this up to 30 days after purchasing.

  • What is print on demand?

We are a POD or Print on Demand business. This means that we do not have a warehouse or any inventory. All the products on our website are made to order. Once you order a product it will be send through to our production partner here in Europe. For customers in North America, your order will be send to our production partner in the USA. They will print the chosen design on the product you have ordered. Your order will be packed and sent to your doorstep. This production process takes only around 1 day. The shipping depends on where you are located.

  • Where is the company located?

WearNtearShop is situated in Belgium.

  • How do I make sure I order the correct size?

To ensure you order the correct size we suggest you click the size chart, here.

  • Is it possible to get a product in a different color or customized?

That is possible! Send us an email with what you would like to have. We will do what we can to make it happen. Be mindful that a custom product is more likely to have longer production times. Since we have to manually edit and order them.

  • Do i need to subscribe to the Newsletter?
